  • My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

    Dogs will only be fed food with consent of the owner. All details of food requirements must be filled out during the booking process so we are aware of any allergies or sensitives.

  • Do you walk the dogs?

    Yes! We walk the dogs, with acres of fields around the property it would be a shame not to! All dogs are walked off of the premises with consent from the owners.

  • What is the maximum amount of dogs you have at one time?

    We take a maximum of 8 dogs at a time.

  • My dog can be a bit nervous, will you still accept them?

    Many dogs are nervous in new places and we are happy to welcome them to do a trial period or a sleepover to see how they settle in.

    However, we have a strict policy on aggressive dogs, for the health and safety of everyone involved, please do not bring your dog if you know it is aggressive with people or other dogs.

    We also want your dogs to be comfortable, therefore if they are too nervous or stressed to stay, we may also have to reconsider them as well.

  • Why do I need to fill out the same forms every time I book?

    As the system doesn’t recognise you as a past client, it will ask for the essential forms from you every time you book, to ensure no one is missed. To avoid filling these out every time, please create an account with us once you’ve booked the appointment, this will save all of your forms for the next time you make a booking.
